Operational coverage included VDC, preconstruction, procurement, and project teams across Chandos Construction’s regional offices, tying bidding activity directly to model and document sources managed in Assemble and BIM 360.
Governance was updated to reflect Integrated Project Delivery principles, shifting stakeholder engagement and decision gates to earlier in projects to increase alignment and reduce risk.
