In 2004, Chantelle Paris deployed Cegid ERP as its Retail Management solution. The initial rollout established CEGID Colombus instances for central processing and point of sale caisses, and the environment was maintained through successive platform upgrades to versions 7.1H, 8.5, 2010R3 and 2013R2.
The implementation targeted retail operations across the company portfolio, supporting the Darjeeling, Orcanta, Passionata and Chantal Thomass networks and a footprint of approximately 250 boutiques in France and Germany. Functional coverage emphasized POS transaction processing, central stock and sales consolidation, and back office administrative workflows for store operations.
Parallel projects extended the Cegid ERP deployment into customer and digital channels, with stewardship of CRM workstreams tied to an external group marketing database and eBusiness initiatives for darjeeling.fr and orcanta.fr. Specialized developments augmented the core system, including workflow automation for the boutique backoffice using Vdoc Process and Vdoc Portal, a product allocation application built with Adobe Flex, J2EE and SQL Server 2005, and a supervision tool for online orders developed in Windev 18.
Operational governance combined analysis and piloting of new modules and bespoke developments, with study and deployment of a Gestion de patrimoine solution through GDM Cabinet Zullian and ongoing development and maintenance of existing tools around the Colombus package. The Cegid ERP deployment therefore functioned as the central Retail Management platform connecting POS, commerce sites, CRM touchpoints and specialized supply allocation and asset management capabilities.

In 2010, Chantelle Paris implemented Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) to centralize and scale French retail eCommerce capabilities. The eCommerce deployment targeted the French Retail Direction, explicitly supporting Orcanta Lingerie and Passionata store networks and addressing web and cross canal commerce workflows.
The Adobe Commerce (ex Magento) implementation covered storefront and catalog management, checkout and order processing, promotions configuration, and omni channel orchestration between online and physical stores. Functional workstreams included configuration of online product catalogs, pricing and promotion logic, order routing to store or warehouse channels, and inventory visibility to support store opening processes and purchase and supply forecasting.
Integrations were managed with N Skep for sales and purchase forecasting, with Cegid to improve logistics flows and implement cross dock operations, with Cognos for data management and reporting, and with the company CRM for customer data consolidation. Project delivery was organized through transversal teams combining IT and operational stakeholders, with centralized project management to coordinate web, supply, logistics, and store initiatives.
Governance placed the implementation under the French Retail Direction steering committee, where the author served as a committee member and managed all store and department projects. The role also acted as the retail acquisition expert during external deals, including the Chantal Thomas brand and a Netherlands company, providing end to end process analysis and alignment recommendations for eCommerce, supply and reporting stacks.
