Tradeshift Pay was configured to support invoice workflow rules and controls aligned with existing finance processes and to centralize supplier payment instruction management.
Operationally, Tradeshift Pay was deployed alongside ERP and financial systems in the cloud-based Group Technology stack, including Yardi, MRI, BlackLine and Fraedom, with ServiceNow used for day-to-day incident and request management and for routing support tasks to application support analysts. The implementation covered finance teams and Group Technology operational management in Sydney, integrating platform access and support into existing reporting and support channels.

Governance for the Workday HCM implementation included participation in governance groups and steering committees, enforcement of internal and external service level agreements, and controls creation and monitoring to meet audit and compliance requirements. The program also linked to employee experience initiatives and design thinking activities led by Group Technology, and operational responsibilities included SLA management, vendor engagement, and continuous process improvement.
