The deployment configured the Terryberry 360 Recognition Platform modules Give a WOW, AwardYourTeam, Recognition Analytics, AwardPoints, AwardChoice and Service Awards to enable peer to peer recognition flows, manager driven nominations, points based rewards administration, and analytics driven visibility for HR. Configuration emphasized catalog based AwardChoice management and AwardPoints lifecycle tracking, while Recognition Analytics provided program participation and trend reporting to HR managers. These modules were instrumented to support branch level recognition and centralized program oversight. Governance was owned by HR in the employee recognition process area, with process changes to encourage day to day recognition behaviors across regional branches and service award continuity. The program rollout used the Terryberry 360 Recognition Platform as the central recognition engine and maintained existing Terryberry service award continuity alongside the new modules. According to the vendor case study, participation levels after the 2017 rollout were reported as more than double the financial industry average, reflecting elevated engagement in the implemented Employee Recognition and Rewards Management program.
