ACME Technologies Legacy ACME Ticketing Reservation and Booking Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Children's Museum of Manhattan implemented ACME Ticketing on their public website to manage admissions and event sales. ACME Ticketing is deployed as the museum's Online Ticketing application to centralize online purchase workflows and timed-entry reservations for public programs and special exhibitions. The implementation configured ACME Ticketing to support online purchase checkout, timed-entry reservation logic, capacity management controls, and ticket reporting and auditing capabilities. Ticket issuance and visitor sequencing were instrumented to create transaction records and support front-line check-in procedures, aligning with standard Online Ticketing functional workflows. ACME Ticketing is embedded in the museum website and operationally integrated with admissions and visitor services processes, driving reservation queues, ticket scanning procedures, and scheduling for program sessions. Operational scope covers admissions, visitor services, marketing for event booking promotions, and finance for ticket revenue recording. Governance was structured around centralized administrative roles for ticket configuration, scheduling, and reporting, combined with targeted staff training for box office and floor staff. Rollout focused on aligning ticket inventory controls and session schedules with daily operations to ensure consistent visitor entry and program capacity management.
