Governance centered on unified retail application ownership and standardized store processes to support acquisition driven expansion, with plans to extend warehouse management and analytics capabilities enterprise wide. Planned extensions included WMS and analytics, intended to broaden inventory and reporting coverage beyond the store footprint.
