In 2017 Chrome Hearts selected and deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to replace Microsoft Dynamics AX, positioning the organization on a modern ERP Financial platform while also implementing D365 Retail MPOS/CPOS for point-of-sale. The rollout targeted a multi-company, multi-currency, multi-language environment supporting 250+ end users across headquarters, manufacturing sites and approximately 30 global retail stores.
The implementation encompassed core finance, procurement, manufacturing planning and production control, quality control, warehousing and shipping/receiving, payroll, sales/customer service, product design and sales forecasting. The team integrated D365 F&O with SQL Server databases and enterprise reporting (Power BI and SSRS), developed and maintained MPOS/CPOS code and integrations for production, retail and warehouse data collection systems, and operated a structured DEV→TEST→PROD code promotion process tied to Microsoft release cycles.
Operational scope extended to ERP migration and ongoing support for an acquired eyewear manufacturing wholesale business with operations in the United States, Europe and Japan. The implementation included centralized administration of D365 F&O and Retail POS, a planned transition to cloud platforms, and documented process improvements in customer service, production control and quality control.

In 2017 Chrome Hearts deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS as its Point Of Sale solution to standardize retail transactions across its global store footprint. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS was implemented alongside Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to provide a cohesive Point Of Sale and back office record of sales, inventory, and financial data for the retail organization.
The implementation included D365 Retail POS MPOS and CPOS modules for in store and mobile checkout workflows, and hands on systems administration of D365 F&O and D365 Retail POS components. Configuration work encompassed retail pricing, promotions, inventory synchronization, and cashier role based security, with reporting surfaced through Power BI and SSRS for executive and leadership dashboards.
Architecturally the solution was supported by SQL Server databases and a structured code promotion pipeline, moving changes from DEV to TEST to production under controlled release cycles. Integrations and operational coverage explicitly included D365 F&O for finance and inventory reconciliation, SQL databases for transactional persistence, and BI/reporting platforms for KPI and forecasting support, with operational scope covering finance, customer service, sales and marketing, procurement, manufacturing planning, warehousing, payroll, and shipping and receiving.
Governance and process controls were instituted through release management, change control, and security standards overseen by the Director of Information Systems, who also managed helpdesk and project management systems and new store opening projects. Outcomes recorded by the organization included leading D365 F&O and D365 Retail POS MPOS CPOS implementation projects for a 250 plus end user, multi company, multi currency, multi language environment, implementing data collection in production and warehousing, improving customer service and production control processes, transforming helpdesk operations, and spearheading a transition to cloud platforms.
