Intesi Software Legacy Intesi Factory ERP Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Cim Laser implemented Intesi Factory ERP. The deployment positioned Intesi Factory ERP as the company wide Manufacturing ERP for Cim Laser, a specialist in processing raw materials and producing complex machine components. The implementation included the Intesi Factory ERP core together with Intesi InWork, the web application for collecting production data in the workshop, and InBolla, the web application for managing company documents. Functional capabilities configured and used include detailed production time recording and shop floor data capture via client installations at workstations, real time job status tracking, document attachment and retrieval, photographic instructions and production notes, and time and attendance monitoring. Operational coverage focused on workshop and production operations with direct impacts on production management, engineering workflows and payroll preparation. From any terminal with the client installed staff could view current processing status and attached procedural material, which reduced the need for verbal handoffs on the shop floor and centralized task information into a single Manufacturing ERP product. Rollout required preparatory steps to align shop floor processes and ensure terminals were provisioned with the client, enabling automation of routine tasks and universal access to attached documents. Explicit outcomes reported by the production manager include greater granularity in recording production times, centralized management of company activities through Intesi Factory ERP, instant availability of production instructions across the workshop, and use of attendance data to support payroll preparation.
