Bodet Software Legacy Bodet Kelio Time and Attendance Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 Ciments Calcia deployed Bodet Kelio Time and Attendance to support multi site HR operations and to serve as the primary GTA tool for HR, payroll interface and operational managers. The implementation was positioned to support the multi site HR manager in his absence one day per week, acting as an advice and support role for operational managers and as the local referent on labor regulations across sites. The Bodet Kelio Time and Attendance configuration focused on absence management, leave administration, workforce tracking and hours monitoring, and included reporting capabilities for absenteeism, leave, workforce composition, hours and interim staffing. The implementation enforced a control workflow for the GTA where department managers validate scores and a local HR referent controls and can modify variable score elements before payroll handoff. Operational coverage included direct interfacing between HR, the centralized pay department at head office and employees using the GTA system, plus end to end personnel administration processes. Teams used the system to collect and transmit contract elements to head office, validate contracts and manage employee on boarding, follow up medical visits and work stoppages, and support recruitment screening and integration activities. The deployment also absorbed interim management workflows, including collection of staffing needs, management of employment agency relationships, CV validation, transmission of HR data for invoicing and recruitment administration. Governance was formalized through local ownership of GTA controls, regular coordination with head office payroll, and participation in company HR strategy and preparation and co leading of CSE meetings.

Docusign Legacy DocuSign eSignature Digital Signing Content Management n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Ciments Calcia implemented DocuSign eSignature as its Digital Signing solution embedded on the corporate website to capture externally facing signatures. The deployment places DocuSign eSignature into the document capture and signature orchestration layer of Ciments Calcia's external digital workflows, enabling embedded signing experiences directly within site pages for customer and partner interactions. Technical implementation leverages embedded signing widgets and server-side envelope orchestration to initiate, manage, and track signature requests, with event-driven status updates from DocuSign eSignature feeding the website for real-time acknowledgement. Configuration focused on reusable signing templates, audit trails, and administrator controls to govern signature workflows and meet electronic signature compliance needs, while operational scope centers on public website document execution rather than internal transactional systems.

Kyriba Legacy Kyriba Treasury Treasury Management TRM n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Ciments Calcia implemented Kyriba Treasury for Treasury Management, establishing Kyriba Treasury as the corporate cash management and treasury hub. The deployment focused on cash management capabilities and accounting interface orchestration to support centralized treasury operations. Implementation included the development and ongoing maintenance of financial expense accounting interfaces between Kyriba Treasury and SAP accounting, ensuring expense flows from treasury were posted into the general ledger. The project also encompassed a Cash Management System rollout for France-Belgium and Egypt, executed on behalf of Ciments Français and Suez Cement. Integrations were explicitly centered on the Kyriba to SAP connection, linking treasury workflows with accounting posting and central cash visibility across the named sites. Operational coverage targeted treasury and accounting functions across those regions to support cross-entity cash management and financial expense accounting. Governance and runbook responsibilities included sustaining the Kyriba to SAP interfaces and managing change control for accounting mappings and posting rules, along with ongoing maintenance of the cash management configuration. The implementation narrative centers on Kyriba Treasury, Treasury Management, and the integration touchpoints that connected treasury operations to corporate accounting.
