Transactional and payment information is retained in the cloud environment for secure access by operations and finance teams. The integrated suite creates a single vendor stack for consolidating back office functions and for linking day to day operations across properties and restaurants. Governance and rollout focused on standardizing guest facing and operational workflows from the front desk through dining and leisure, with property level configuration aligned to resort and restaurant use cases. The group emphasized ease of use for resort staff and centralized operational visibility to support decision making. Reported benefits in the announcement include streamlined operations, increased employee efficiency, automated administrative tasks, and enhanced ability to connect facilities and guest services using Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS within the Hotel Property Management category.
