The implementation configured BPM workflows to automate order reception, fulfillment and returns, embedding orchestration for multi-channel order processing and inventory reconciliation. Zucchetti BPM and Infinity BPM were used to model and execute process logic while Ad Hoc Glamour supported the commerce integration layer and catalog synchronization between channels. Integrations linked the e-commerce storefront to the retail ERP, enabling near real-time inventory visibility between stores and the online shop and creating an operational path for orders to flow from web to store fulfillment. The scope encompassed e-commerce, retail store inventory, and fulfillment operations, centralizing process execution through the Zucchetti BPM platform to reduce manual handoffs and improve workflow consistency. Governance and rollout were executed in partnership with IT Project Italy, with BPM flows standardized for order handling and returns processing and process ownership assigned to retail operations and e-commerce teams. The implementation explicitly streamlined inventory visibility between stores and the online shop and automated BPM flows for order processing, yielding consolidated process control across channels without quantified performance claims.
