In 2020 Citizenm Netherlands deployed Ireckonu IKnowU as a Customer Data Platform. The implementation used Ireckonu CORE Middleware to unify citizenM’s global technology stack, with an explicit focus on creating consistent guest experiences and improving operational reliability across operations and CRM.
Ireckonu IKnowU was configured to provide core CDP capabilities including unified guest profiles, real time event ingestion, identity resolution and profile orchestration to support personalized interactions. Configuration emphasis included consent and opt in management to enable use cases such as opt in housekeeping and kiosk check in flows while maintaining centralized profile governance.
The deployment layered CORE Middleware as an orchestration fabric that connected property level interfaces and workflows to central profile services, integrating kiosk check in, housekeeping opt in processes, CRM and loyalty touchpoints. Operational coverage was positioned against citizenM’s global technology stack and touched operations, CRM, loyalty and housekeeping functions to coordinate guest data and interaction orchestration across sites.
Governance centered on centralized profile control and consent workflows to manage channel preferences and opt ins. The project explicitly enabled features like kiosk check in and opt in housekeeping and supported improved loyalty and revenue alongside enhanced operational reliability.
