| UKG | Legacy | UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 City Chic Collective implemented UKG Ready HR, formerly Kronos Workforce Ready HR, to serve as its Core HR platform supporting HR and payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand. The deployment centralized HRIS functions for a retail organization with an approximate employee base of 688, with explicit operational responsibility for end to end payroll processing for AUS and NZ and HR lifecycle events at store and corporate sites.
The UKG Ready HR implementation included core employee record management and onboarding workflows, processing of new starters, rehires, contract changes and terminations, and time and attendance review workstreams. Payroll related configurations supported month end processing, redundancy calculations, long service leave calculations, and operational payroll queues and enquiries, consistent with Core HR functional terminology and standard HRIS payroll interfaces.
Integrations are explicitly operational, UKG Ready HR was used as the HRIS source for imports into Preceda and Kronos, with hires, rehires and employee changes imported via an interface into both Preceda and Kronos. The integration footprint extended to setting up new stores in both Kronos and Preceda, and to reconciliation of time and attendance data as part of payroll runs.
Operational governance centered on payroll officer led processing, handling payroll queues and enquiries, and ongoing review of the time and attendance program in Kronos, together with month end payroll procedures for AUS and NZ. UKG Ready HR is referenced as the company Core HR application supporting HR operations, payroll processing, workforce data feeds, and store level employee lifecycle management.

| Nomos One | Legacy | Nomos One Lease Accounting | Lease Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, City Chic Collective implemented Nomos One Lease Accounting to manage and control leasing and property files for 104 retail stores in Australia and New Zealand. The deployment is classified under Lease Management and centralizes lease contract records, site level property details, and term tracking for the retailer's AU and NZ portfolio.
Nomos One Lease Accounting was configured to run monthly rental accruals including lease incentives and percentage rent calculations, and to maintain a single source of truth for lease financials. Functional modules implemented include lease administration, rent and incentive scheduling, percentage rent monitoring, and data extraction to support fiscal planning and forecasting.
City Chic coordinated with Nomos One to upgrade lease and property management onto the Nomos One platform, aligning operational ownership with finance and property teams responsible for accruals and reporting. Operational coverage focused on property management and finance functions across 104 stores, and the system is used to analyse rental data for FY budgeting and forecasting purposes.
Governance was organized around standardized monthly accrual processes and centralized lease record controls to formalize accounting workflows and support budgeting cycles. The implementation emphasizes Lease Management controls and lease accounting discipline to ensure consistent treatment of incentives and percentage rent across the retail portfolio.
