Configurations targeted substation monitoring, feeder load management, and peak-load scenario analysis, and the North America deployment was commissioned within months and operationalized by distribution operations teams.
The deployment covered operations and distribution utility functions, improving situational awareness, tightening substation monitoring, and supporting better peak-load management during summer seasons. Governance and workflow changes focused on operational procedures for dispatch and load management, with rollout prioritized to substation sites and feeder operations.
