Delivery workstreams focused on configuration and COTS customization of Tyler Munis ERP, and included configuration, implemented data migration from legacy databases into the Tyler Munis schema, and infrastructure provisioning for servers, networks and backups. Functional modules implemented emphasized finance and human resources capabilities consistent with Government ERP functional taxonomy. The Tyler Munis ERP rollout was managed alongside a broader municipal IT portfolio that included public safety CAD and RMS programs with GIS ESRI interfaces, public works asset and maintenance systems Infor Hansen with GIS interfaces, electronic plan check and review via Avolve, automated mass notification via Everbridge, document management with Documentum EMC, and IT asset and incident management using Altiris. Consistent SDLC disciplines, project controls and a mix of Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methodologies were applied across these concurrent projects.
