The configuration leveraged case management workflows and electronic recordkeeping consistent with Case Management functional patterns. The project included online payment integration to enable citizen payments and connect payment events to case and permit records, improving payment processing. Operational scope covered municipal court clerks, finance staff, permitting officers, and code enforcement personnel within the City of El Campo municipal operations. Governance work focused on standardizing case handling and payment posting processes, consolidating records across court and permitting functions, and updating operational workflows to reduce manual reconciliation. FundView Municipal Court served as the central Case Management system to unify case records and receipting across the impacted business functions. The implementation went live to streamline court, permitting and enforcement workflows and to improve citizen payments and operational efficiency as reported. FundView Municipal Court is identified as the core application for managing case records and cash receipting in the city environment.
