Springbrook Software Legacy Springbrook Enterprise Cloud Financial Suite Government ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, the City of High Springs, FL implemented Springbrook Enterprise Cloud Financial Suite, a Government ERP deployed as a vendor-hosted cloud solution to centralize municipal financial operations. The deployment covered the municipal finance organization including the Director of Financial Services, accounting, billing and collections, and the city tag agency, supporting a municipality of approximately 6,000 residents with roughly 50 employees and a general fund budget above $5,000,000 and capital sewer projects exceeding $15,000,000. Springbrook Enterprise Cloud Financial Suite was positioned to provide a single system of record for core financial workflows and compliance reporting. Configuration focused on core financial modules typical of a Government ERP including general ledger, multi-year budgeting and capital project budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable, grant reporting and compliance, and functionality to support financial statement preparation and audit deliverables such as MD and A and single audit documentation. The system also supported operational oversight for state tag and title agency activities and bond issuance oversight workflows as part of municipal treasury and cash flow monitoring. Operational governance emphasized monthly budget compliance reporting, policy and procedure enforcement, and internal control documentation to align with audit and grant reporting requirements. Springbrook Enterprise Cloud Financial Suite provided centralized financial transaction processing and reporting for municipal business functions encompassing budgeting, treasury, payroll, revenue billing and collections, and statutory compliance.
