The deployment was operationalized through the Building Systems Officer role during June 2017 to October 2017, which anchored day to day maintenance programs, inspections and condition audits for city owned buildings.
ARCHIBUS by Eptura was configured to support core facility workflows including an accurate key register, comprehensive floor plans and space documentation, building maintenance request and work order management, and scheduled preventive and reactive maintenance.
