Unit4 Talent Management is deployed as part of a broader Unit4 footprint that already includes Unit4 FP&A and the newly selected Unit4 ERP, placing the application in the Talent Management category and aligning HR and finance workflows.
The implementation concentrates on core talent and workforce management capabilities, including employee requisitions, timesheets, expense claims, reimbursements, reconciliations, reporting, and collection of employee information to measure engagement. The rollout is being delivered in collaboration with Unit4 and implementation partner Agilyx, with governance oriented toward standardized workflows, secure data request compliance, and consolidated reporting ownership within the IT function. Stated benefits include elimination of inefficiencies in current processes, improved accuracy and reliability of reporting to support decision making, and a flexible solution that can grow with the organization’s needs.
