Configuration work focused on Core HR functional modules, including employee master records and organisational structure, position control, performance management, and learning and development capability. The project delivered a bespoke performance appraisal template aligned to the organisation's strategic goals, configured review workflows and approval routing for performance cycles, and incorporated learning program budgeting and tracking to support the Organisational Development and Learning and Development function. Operational rollout was driven through facilitated workshops from Council executive to the organisational board, with change and governance anchored in Organisational Development. Implementation activities included staff culture survey delivery, coordination of an Aspiring Leaders Development Program, and culture interventions such as the Development and Launch of Courageous Conversations, all aligned to embed TechnologyOne OneCouncil HR into HR processes and leadership development workflows. Outcomes recorded by the organisation include the implementation of the HR Tech One system, the development of the Performance Appraisal template to align to strategic goals, delivery of the Staff Culture Survey, and coordination of the Aspiring Leaders Development Program. Governance and process alignment were emphasized to ensure TechnologyOne OneCouncil HR supported strategic HR, performance management, and learning operations across the council.
