Governance centered on a single project leadership role that coordinated functional validation across finance and HR workstreams and managed release sequencing for the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial rollout. Operational coverage focused on Finance, Human Resources and Payroll functions within the City of Springfield, Oregon municipal organization, with the project manager and functional lead overseeing cross departmental testing and go live activities.
