Tyler Technologies Legacy Tyler Incode ERP Government ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, City of Stockbridge GA implemented Tyler Incode ERP as its Government ERP for municipal financial operations. The deployment focused on the Tyler Incode ERP financial system and a security-first configuration of accounts and access controls. A security audit of the Tyler Incode financial system resulted in a complete re-working of security principles and the setup of user access and controls. Actions taken included removal of anonymous logins, removal of system administrator rights from non-system administrators, and creation of new and appropriate Security Roles, Access Control Lists, and procedural controls. The implementation engaged departments and end users to validate role assignments and ensure everyone had the access needed to perform job functions, aligning system permissions with operational needs. Workflow design and approval paths were created and enforced in the system based on City Code, establishing formal authorization chains for financial transactions and departmental approvals. Governance changes centralized role-based access control and documented processes for ongoing account provisioning and approval enforcement within Tyler Incode ERP. The effort concluded with a full rework of security constructs and operational controls in the Government ERP environment to better align user roles, ACLs, and approval workflows with municipal policy.
