Dalet Digital Media Systems Legacy Dalet Galaxy five Digital Asset Management Content Management n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 City Of Ulaanbaatar Mongolia implemented Dalet Galaxy five. Dalet Galaxy five was deployed as a Digital Asset Management application to centralize ingestion, indexing and archival of video and multimedia evidence supporting traffic enforcement and incident response. The implementation configured core Digital Asset Management capabilities including media ingest pipelines, metadata enrichment and search, timecode-based video review, secure archival with chain of custody logging, and role-based access controls. Dalet Galaxy five was used to manage camera-origin assets and recorded clips for cataloguing, retention and evidentiary review. The deployment ran alongside a Dahua Intelligent Traffic System that provided ANPR across 28 main roads, an E-police system at 8 junctions, mobile speed-measurement units and high-spot PTZ cameras, enabling centralized evidence management for enforcement. Operational scope concentrated on the Ulaanbaatar transportation department and E-police functions, supporting automated violation capture, evidence packaging and incident response workflows. Governance and process changes established centralized evidence workflows inside the Digital Asset Management platform, with role-based review and chain of custody procedures to support enforcement use cases. The deployment improved automated violation capture and centralized evidence management for enforcement as described in the source.
