In 2023 Clear Fork implemented PakEnergy Intelligence, using the Analytics and BI application to unify field production, accounting, and accounts payable workflows across its Permian operations. The deployment centered on web-based dashboards and consolidated KPI reporting to align production metrics with financial controls for an oil, gas and chemicals operator with a compact corporate footprint.
PakEnergy Intelligence was configured to deliver real-time lease operating statements and LOE ranking, and to consolidate production and finance KPIs into a single reporting layer. Functional capabilities implemented included operational production reporting, financial accrual forecasting workflows, and digital AP routing with invoice capture and approval tracking consistent with Analytics and BI platform capabilities.
Integrations focused on connecting field production inputs with accounting and AP workflows to provide end-to-end visibility from well-level production to ledgers and accruals. The implementation used a web-based performance platform accessible to field and finance teams, enabling shared dashboards and role-based access to lease operating statements and consolidated reports.
Operational and governance changes included a shift to digital AP routing, achieving 70 percent of AP invoices processed digitally as reported, and embedding accrual forecasting into private-equity and RBL reporting packs. Outcomes explicitly reported include real-time lease operating statements and improved accrual forecasting for investor and reserve-based lending reporting, achieved through the PakEnergy Intelligence Analytics and BI deployment that centralized production-to-finance reporting.
