Governance included structured onboarding and continuous training for new employees over an 11 month period, with agents managing purchase order issuance, tracking supplier shipments to warehouses and stores, following up quotations to convert sales, and meeting sales targets and service level agreements. The deployment handled high value sales workflows, including daily processing of sales over £45,000, and supported customer service workflows for resolving invoice enquiries and complaints. Integrations were operationally evident with Mediatell and Excel based workflows, linking telephony and reporting activities into the Oracle NetSuite ERP financial processes.
