The finance organization also maintained a direct integration style relationship with an outside CPA firm to support yearend audit processes and federal and state tax calculations.
Governance and rollout were governed by an internal Accounting and Finance Lead who supervised a small finance team, provided oversight for the NetSuite software conversion, and managed day to day financial controls. Operational responsibilities included monitoring accounts receivable to ensure timely customer payments, validating commission calculations, and serving as the primary liaison between finance, sales, banks, vendors, and external auditors.
