Governance focused on role based access controls, approval routing for clinical and commercial roles and a change control approach that prioritized configuration of pricing rules over code level changes. The Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud deployments are recorded to have improved reporting and operational agility, and Dextara CPQ was implemented to automate pricing and quote orchestration within that CRM environment.
