In 2018 Cleveland Guardians implemented ReServe Interactive from Infor to centralize event and space booking. The deployment targeted Reservation and Booking Management for hospitality, partnership activations and internal events across departments including STH, CPPH, Community Impact and Baseball Operations, and was administered by the Events & Experiences Manager who served as the company administrator for ReServe Interactive.
The ReServe Interactive implementation covered core reservation workflows, space scheduling, event record creation, approval routing and an administrator console used for building and maintaining event templates. The Events & Experiences Manager led research, building, implementation, training, rollout, maintenance and day to day approval of spaces and events, and established configuration for role based approvals and reservation governance to support gameday activations, group outings and special experiences.
Operational scope included non gameday events, jewel events such as Post Season and Hall of Fame Inductions, and corporate partnership away game trips where coordination with hotels and airlines was part of execution. The system supported cross department collaboration through centralized booking records and an administration team model, with the Events & Experiences Manager overseeing three full time and three part time staff.
Governance work focused on process design, streamlined communication channels and training programs to institutionalize event approval workflows within hospitality and ticketing operations. ReServe Interactive was used as the authoritative booking and event orchestration tool, embedding reservation and approval processes into the club's operational playbook while providing ongoing maintenance and administration responsibilities to the internal team.
