In 2018, Clinnex implemented Systems Alliance Acadia Performance as its Performance and Goal Management solution to centralize goal setting and formal performance reviews across the company. The deployment was led by HR and people managers at Clinnex, a life sciences company of approximately 70 employees based in India, and positioned the Systems Alliance application as the primary tool for employee objectives and appraisal workflows.
The implementation configured core Performance and Goal Management capabilities, including objective and key result tracking, structured annual and midcycle performance review workflows, manager calibration and continuous feedback workflows, and role based HR administration. The system was provisioned to support configurable review templates, automated scheduling of appraisal cycles, and reporting dashboards to inform people operations and talent review meetings. Governance design assigned configuration ownership to HR, established manager driven execution of reviews, and staged rollouts aligned to the company appraisal calendar.
