The implementation targeted front desk and guest operations across properties in Stuttgart and Tübingen in Germany and established straiv as the central guest operations application for pre arrival workflows.
The straiv deployment implemented Guest Messaging, online check in and check out, and upselling capabilities, with configuration focused on automating pre arrival registration and payments. straiv was used to orchestrate pre arrival communications, capture guest identity and payment authorizations ahead of arrival, and surface upsell offers through messaging channels.
Operational coverage was explicitly centered on reception and guest operations, achieving approximately 70% digital pre check in while improving guest data quality and materially reducing staff workload at the reception. Guest records were standardized at point of entry and payment capture was moved into automated pre arrival flows to reduce manual processing.
Governance and process changes aligned property level workflows to the Guest Management application, shifting routine registration and payment validation into straiv driven processes and centralizing pre arrival validation for the serviced apartment business function.
