Gerber AccuMark Made-to-Measure was configured to handle core pattern drafting and grading workflows, measurement capture and custom size tables, marker making and nesting, and a centralized pattern library for repeatable MTM production. The implementation emphasized pattern version control, configurable measurement templates, and role based access for patternmakers and product developers to maintain design intent and alteration rules within the Fashion PLM context. The AccuMark MTM environment ran alongside Lectra Modaris and Lectra MTM for product development and client orders, with file exchange and coordinated workflow handoffs between systems to support hybrid use of Gerber and Lectra tooling. Operational coverage included product development, patternmaking, and client order processing teams, with both Gerber AccuMark Made-to-Measure and Lectra tools used depending on project and order requirements. Governance was established around pattern governance, measurement template standardization, and staged rollout to patternmaking and order processing teams, including configuration of variant management and pattern approval workflows. Training and process alignment focused on consistent MTM order intake and pattern release procedures to support ongoing use of Gerber AccuMark Made-to-Measure within the company’s Fashion PLM operations.
