In 2012, after Hurricane Sandy knocked out its onsite data center for several days, Coach USA moved its Oracle E-Business Suite infrastructure to the Syntax Enterprise Cloud. The move targeted continuity and stronger Disaster Recovery capabilities for Oracle E-Business Suite, an ERP Financial platform supporting corporate finance operations across the organization.
Coach USA had previously engaged Syntax Consulting Solutions to remediate issues during a complex upgrade from Oracle EBS 10.7 to Oracle R12, and that relationship informed the migration strategy. The implementation centralized core ERP Financial capabilities on Oracle E-Business Suite, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial close workflows, while aligning the application stack to a cloud hosting model.
As part of the program Syntax provided remote Oracle Application Managed Services support and SLA-backed hosting for Oracle E-Business Suite. The engagement included a targeted migration of Coach USA’s Canadian subsidiary from JD Edwards to Oracle E-Business Suite, placing both the corporate and subsidiary environments under Syntax Enterprise Cloud management and monitoring to achieve continuous uptime and recoverability.
Governance shifted toward cloud-based application management with Syntax delivering AMS for ongoing patching, monitoring and incident response, and hosting agreements that codified availability and performance through SLA-backed metrics. The documented outcomes included the successful migration of the Canadian subsidiary to Oracle E-Business Suite, continuous remote AMS support, and stable, reliable Oracle E-Business Suite hosting with defined SLA-backed availability and performance guarantees.

In 2017 Coach USA implemented ADP Workforce Now Benefits to support core Benefits Administration across its United States HR operations. ADP Workforce Now Benefits was positioned to centralize open enrollment activity and day to day benefits case management for HR and Benefits Assistant teams operating in regional hubs including the Greater Atlanta Area.
The implementation emphasized benefits enrollment, eligibility configuration, employee communications for enrollment events, and benefits-related case handling. Functionality covered configuration of plan eligibility, administration of enrollment transactions, management of enrollment documentation and routine benefits queries, aligning with typical Benefits Administration workflows and regulatory recordkeeping.
The ADP deployment operated alongside Coach USA payroll processing tools and the company ATS environment referenced as Recsite, with HR processes aligning onboarding documentation such as I9 and tax related forms to benefits enrollment timelines. Operational coverage included HR service delivery areas for talent acquisition handoffs, onboarding, payroll assistance and benefits audit support, reflecting tight operational coupling between hiring, payroll and benefits administration.
Governance centered on HR and benefits process standardization, support for open enrollment and audit workflows, and coordination with legal and government agencies for compliance with FMLA, EEOC and FLSA requirements. Day to day ownership rested with HR and benefits personnel who prepared management information reports and supported audits, grievance handling and unemployment claim processes as part of benefits governance.
