Integration efforts included data mapping and coordination of data handoffs between the Benefits Administration platform, the HRIS and payroll, with oversight of third party connection points to maintain operational coverage across HR and payroll functions. Governance was led by an HR Project Manager who carried overall project responsibility, managed budget constraints and drove stakeholder engagement to secure senior management buy in. The program included management of project teams and third parties, formal communication plans and structured training delivery, along with targeted process improvements within HR and in business facing transactions.
