The deployment was executed as part of a wider HRIS program managed from Berkeley Square London alongside a Select HR implementation, covering roughly 800 employees, and focused on centralizing benefits administration and standardizing HR processes.
Configuration work for Mercer Darwin Benefits concentrated on administrator, manager and employee self service workflows, including benefits enrollment, eligibility configuration and administration workflows. The HR team performed detailed process mapping, redesigned business facing transaction flows and produced role specific training and support materials for Administrators, Management and Self Service users to support adoption and daily operations.
Integrations were implemented with Select HR for core HR data synchronization and with ADP for payroll interfacing, enabling exchange of employee records, eligibility markers and payroll deduction information. Integration efforts included data mapping and coordination of data handoffs between the Benefits Administration platform, the HRIS and payroll, with oversight of third party connection points to maintain operational coverage across HR and payroll functions.
Governance was led by an HR Project Manager who carried overall project responsibility, managed budget constraints and drove stakeholder engagement to secure senior management buy in. The program included management of project teams and third parties, formal communication plans and structured training delivery, along with targeted process improvements within HR and in business facing transactions.
