SoftOne Technologies Legacy Soft1 Shopranos eCommerce eCommerce Revival Consulting Services 2023 2023
In 2023 Coffee Lab Greece implemented Soft1 Shopranos from SoftOne Technologies as its eCommerce platform. The deployment targeted B2B eCommerce ordering for Coffee Lab’s franchise network in Greece and was delivered in collaboration with Revival Consulting Services S.A. The implementation configured Soft1 Shopranos as a B2B eCommerce solution with storefront ordering workflows, centralized catalog and price management, discount rules and inventory synchronization. Order orchestration and automated order intake were configured to support continuous 24/7 ordering and to reduce manual entry points that cause errors and delays. Soft1 Shopranos was integrated to provide ERP updates for customers, stocks, prices and discounts, creating a bi directional flow between the eCommerce front end and backend enterprise data. Operational coverage focused on franchise sales and purchasing workflows, aligning product availability and pricing across Coffee Lab’s network in Greece. Governance changes centralized pricing and discount control within the Soft1 Shopranos configuration and established automated order processing to streamline order to fulfillment communication. The project delivered 24/7 automated ordering, reduced errors and delays, and provided integrated ERP updates for customers, stocks, prices and discounts as part of the rollout.
