In 2019, Coffeeok Ukraine implemented CostCon Ontime as its Time and Attendance solution to centralize workforce time capture and scheduling for the retailer. The deployment targeted a compact workforce of 35 employees and covered store-level operations and central administrative functions in Ukraine.
CostCon Ontime was configured to deliver core Time and Attendance capabilities including clock-in and clock-out capture, shift scheduling and rostering, absence and leave management, and rule-based attendance validation. The CostCon Ontime application was set up to produce payroll-ready time records and to enforce overtime, break and shift rules aligned with retail operating patterns.
Operational governance established role-based access for store managers and HR, approval workflows for time-off requests and shift changes, and retained audit trails for attendance events. The rollout emphasized rapid adoption for a small organization, combining administrator training, incremental configuration of attendance rules, and operational handoffs to internal HR and store management teams.
