Operational integration aligned billing and collections workstreams with Sales, Customer Success, renewals and Professional Services, with explicit operational linkage to Salesforce.com for sales order and contract validation to ensure billing accuracy. Accounts Receivable Analysts report to a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager and execute day to day AR operations, collaborate on past due account analysis, and maintain next step follow up data in NetSuite ERP to support coordinated collection activity. Governance included role based ownership for collections, documented collections policies and audit support under Senior AR Manager direction. Measured onboarding expectations were defined, with new AR analysts expected within one month to understand Collibra products and the billing process in NetSuite, within three months to review sales orders and contracts in Salesforce for correct billing, and within six months to own the end to end collection process and analyze monthly DSO reports.
