Tribute Legacy Tribute ERP Distribution ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 1999 1999
In 1999, Colliflower implemented Tribute ERP. Tribute ERP was deployed as a Distribution ERP to centralize inventory control, order processing, and warehouse operations to support the company’s growing multi‑branch distribution footprint. The implementation focused on core distribution modules typical of a Distribution ERP, including inventory management, order management, purchasing and replenishment, warehouse transaction processing, and sales order workflow. Configuration emphasized branch-level stock visibility and standardized item master and pricing structures to support rapid hose assembly fulfillment and on‑site Shop-in-a-Box servicing across locations. Operational coverage extended across Colliflower’s headquarters, large warehouse and retail store network, and selected BrakeQuip automotive hose assembly manufacturing facilities, spanning Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia and Florida. The deployment supported business functions including branch operations, fulfillment, customer service, procurement and shop manufacturing, aligning ERP controls with daily hose assembly making and 24/7 service commitments. Governance and process changes accompanied the Tribute ERP adoption, with leadership placing emphasis on operational structure and cross-branch process standardization following executive changes in 1998. Colliflower remained a Tribute customer since 1999, and the ERP investment is documented as setting the stage for expansion, with nine additional stores added by 2007 and a network of 31 ParkerStore locations by 2018.
