The Microsoft 365 deployment centered on standard Collaboration capabilities, including cloud email, team chat and meetings, document libraries and file sync. Implementation details indicate use of Exchange Online style messaging, SharePoint style intranet and document management, Teams style real-time collaboration, and OneDrive style personal file storage as the principal functional modules.
Architecture followed a cloud-hosted SaaS tenant model with browser and mobile access, tenant-level configuration for security and provisioning, and centralized administration to manage user accounts and group-based access. Operational coverage extended across core business functions such as engineering, manufacturing operations, sales and after-sales support, with configuration focused on centralized document libraries, collaborative meeting and project workflows, and role based access controls. Governance activity emphasized administrative tenant controls, permission and retention policies and standard Collaboration governance constructs to enforce document lifecycle and access management.
