Key functional capabilities configured included production cycle management, material traceability, automated production program scheduling, inventory optimization, and embedded production performance monitoring. Advanced reporting and analytics were instrumented inside the ERP to consolidate production level and business performance data. The implementation unified order management, inventory and logistics workflows into a single system, centralizing control of bills of materials, work orders, and packaging processes for the shop floor and foundry. The deployment emphasized internal process integration and automation within Mago4, consolidating workflows for production, logistics, and administrative functions. The project included phased module rollouts and staff training to maintain operational continuity during transition. Governance changes established centralized process flows in the ERP and role based controls for production scheduling, inventory movements, and packaging operations. As reported in the case study, the customized configuration delivered a complete management system that supports company growth and improves operational efficiency across departments.
