The deployment used GoCo Compliance as a centralized cloud service to provide employee self service and to reduce manual paperwork for core HR transactions. GoCo Compliance implementation emphasized the documents and acknowledgement workflows, onboarding tools, benefits enrollment interfaces and payroll and tax form automation, reflecting the case study references to e signatures, document tools and FFCRA and paid leave setup assistance. The documents module and acknowledgement workflows were configured to issue e signatures and collect signed acknowledgements electronically, while payroll and tax form automation addressed new hire paperwork and benefits election feeds. Configuration focused on standard HR Compliance functional flows such as onboarding checklists, PTO request tracking and benefits enrollment orchestration. Operational ownership remained with the HR function and small business administration, with employees using self service flows for onboarding and PTO requests. GoCo Compliance supported company level HR Compliance processes and, according to the source case study, the implementation streamlined HR operations and reduced manual form handling.
