The US-region production instance provided centralized visibility into support-facing conversations and QA test runs. Governance emphasized instrumented observability and a process for triage, with product and support teams consuming LangSmith outputs to prioritize fixes and iterate on prompts. CommandBar reported outcomes including a 44% decrease in support tickets and faster testing and debugging cycles. |
