| ADP | Legacy | ADP Workforce Now Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 CWI Logistics implemented ADP Workforce Now Benefits as its Benefits Administration solution. The company is a third party warehousing and logistics provider in central Florida where the Vice President Human Resources oversees recruitment, talent management, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits.
The ADP Workforce Now Benefits deployment centralized benefits enrollment, eligibility management, life event processing and benefits administration workflows, and enabled employee self service enrollment and manager visibility into benefit elections. The implementation was configured to synchronize with the organization s existing ADP payroll and human capital management system to align benefits elections with payroll deductions and to support data reconciliation between HR and payroll.
Operational coverage centered on HR operations, line managers and employees company wide, and the rollout was paired with an overhaul of the HR service delivery model plus a new leadership development bootcamp and organizational service curriculum with KPI tracking. The organization s prior ADP payroll and human capital management work delivered reduced payroll processing time by 10 hours per week, reduced time to fill and lower HR processing costs, outcomes that informed governance, workflow redesign and benefits administration configuration during the Benefits Administration deployment.

In 2013, CWI Logistics implemented Korber HighJump Warehouse Edge (Formerly AccellosOne WMS) for Warehouse Management to support its commercial distribution operations in the United States. The deployment focused on day to day warehousing functions at the company sites, aligning the application with receiving, storage, and shipping workflows used by clerical and operations teams at a 100 person distribution business.
Korber HighJump Warehouse Edge was configured to manage core Warehouse Management capabilities including inventory control, lot and expiration date tracking, inbound receiving, and outbound order fulfillment. The implementation captured product quality and expiration date attributes as operational data points, and it was used to generate and route paperwork tied to shipments and driver check in and check out processes, reflecting the clerical workload described in operational notes.
Integrations were implemented to exchange documentation and transactional data with Coca Cola SAP, as paperwork was processed through both Accellos and Coca Cola SAP according to operational records. The WMS supported carrier coordination and appointment scheduling workflows, enabling staff to collect shipment information, schedule arrivals with carriers and facilities, and provide load detail to partners and customers.
Governance and process changes centered on formalizing clerical transaction handling inside the Korber HighJump Warehouse Edge application, embedding lot and expiration capture into receiving and shipping procedures, and standardizing appointment and carrier communication protocols. Operational ownership rested with warehouse operations and clerical teams, with the application serving as the system of record for warehouse transaction, shipment documentation, and carrier scheduling activities.
