The implementation was positioned inside the Ramco HCM suite to consolidate performance workflows with existing HR lifecycle functions used by the company. Ramco Performance Management was configured to support standard Performance and Goal Management capabilities including goal setting and alignment, periodic performance reviews, appraisal workflows, competency-based assessments and automated review cycles. Configuration emphasized role based workflows for managers and HR administrators and used the suite to instrument recurring review cadence and record employee performance artifacts. The deployment was embedded in the Ramco HCM environment and operated across HR and BPO operations in the United States, covering employee lifecycle touchpoints from review scheduling to review completion. The approach centralized performance records within the HCM system to maintain a single source of truth for review history and employee goal data. Governance changes focused on standardizing appraisal processes and enforcing defined review workflows and approval gates inside the Ramco Performance Management module. Administrative controls were implemented to assign reviewer roles, manage review timelines and ensure consistent process execution across HR and operational teams.
