The deployment centralized merchant product, order and inventory management and provisioned automated payments for multi-product transactions, consolidating cart and checkout workflows across tenants. Dvore eCommerce delivered marketplace capabilities and merchant self-service features including catalog management, order orchestration, inventory synchronization and payment automation. Functional extensions implemented included online parking ticketing and hyperlocal logistics, which were added to the marketplace purchase flow so customers can buy parking and arrange local delivery in the same transaction. The platform consolidated order records and payment settlement across merchant items, parking charges and logistics services to support unified transaction processing. Governance and operations were organized around a tenant portal for retailer onboarding and centralized controls for product and inventory governance, enabling retailer administration and operational oversight from the complex. The Complexe Desjardins site displays a Powered by DVORE credit and the deployment generated additional parking revenue while automating merchant payments and consolidating order management.
