Eurecia Legacy Eurecia Zen Core HR HCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023 Comptoir du Livre France deployed Eurecia Zen to simplify time tracking, centralize HR data and streamline preparation of payroll variables as part of its Core HR operations. The implementation was scoped to support HR and payroll functions for the company's 35 employees in France, aligning core HR administration with operational payroll needs. The deployment aimed to reduce manual steps and accelerate export-ready payroll data. The solution uses the Eurecia Zen Core HR suite configured for time and attendance, payroll preparation workflows and an employee self-service portal. Time and attendance capture was configured with approval flows to standardize attendance records, while payroll variable preparation was formalized into repeatable templates that generate structured payroll exports. The employee portal provided a single access point for personal records, time requests and basic HR transactions, consolidating employee data within the Eurecia Zen application. Operationally the rollout centralized HR data ownership and adjusted payroll preparation processes to consume Eurecia Zen exports rather than ad hoc spreadsheets. The implementation produces structured exports for payroll to support downstream payroll processing and reduced manual reconciliation during payroll cycles. Reported outcomes include fewer manual processes and faster exports for payroll as a direct result of the Eurecia Zen Core HR deployment.
