In 2018, CONCOR implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial platform. The engagement was executed onsite in New Delhi from July 2018 to June 2019, and it targeted core finance processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
Implementation work centered on AR and AP interfaces that extract transaction data from flat files and create invoices, credit memos and debit memos in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The technical approach used SQL*Loader to stage incoming files into Oracle tables, PL/SQL programs to transform and post transactions, and XML Publisher to develop customer-facing invoice reports.
Configuration and customization included form personalization to restrict accounting periods for particular users in AP, AR and GL, and the use of Key Flexfields and Descriptive Flexfields to capture required dimensional data. Deliverables comprised custom reports, XML report templates and enhancements supporting R12 Oracle E-Business Suite AR module operations and ongoing support activities.
Operational coverage focused on finance business functions at CONCOR's New Delhi site, supporting transactional capture, invoice printing and month end control workflows. Governance measures emphasized persona based access controls through form personalization and staged data loading processes to maintain data integrity.

In 2018, CONCOR implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS to establish centralized Core HR capabilities across its transportation network. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS deployment was delivered on a centralized architecture and extended across a VSAT based network that covered 73 field locations, regional offices and the corporate office.
The implementation included HR payroll processing and core employee record management, delivering standard Core HR transactional workflows and centralized personnel administration. Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS was implemented within the wider Oracle ERP footprint, alongside Oracle Financial ERP and HR payroll components, aligning HR master data and payroll processing on the same centralized platform.
Operationally the HRMS ran in the same environment as terminal and operations systems deployed for the expanded network, including the Domestic Terminal Management System DTMS, EXIM ETMS, Container Repair System and operations systems. A Data Warehouse Module for commercial applications was implemented on the centralized architecture and is running smoothly across field locations, regional offices and the corporate office, providing consolidated data for cross-functional use.
Rollout and governance were organized around centralized administration and standardized HR and payroll processes to support business functions across terminals, regional offices and corporate functions, leveraging the extended VSAT connectivity to ensure consistent operation at distributed sites. The deployment positioned CONCORs HR function within a consolidated Core HR and Oracle ERP landscape to support ongoing HR operations across the company.
