In 2015, Conduze implemented Conduze, a Call Tracking and Recording application, on its website. The Denmark based professional services firm with 10 employees and approximately 1000000 in revenue instrumented web to call flows to capture inbound call data and associate calls with web sessions.
The deployment relied on a vendor hosted client side JavaScript snippet inserted across the public site to enable dynamic number insertion and session level linkage, routing inbound voice traffic through the Conduze platform for recording and call metadata capture. Functional modules implemented include dynamic number insertion, call recording, call detail records and reporting dashboards exposed via the Conduze admin console.
