Operational coverage included the finance and treasury functions that manage payment runs and reconciliations, with day-to-day direction of AP staff to ensure payments and employee reimbursements processed timely and accurately. Governance and workflow changes focused on centralized run cadence and user access controls, including assignment of new user access to the third-party payment processors to align payment execution with finance ownership. FIS GETPAID served as the AR Automation platform interfacing with existing payment processors and PayScan to deliver integrated payment remittance visibility and to operationalize controls across receivables and payables adjacencies.
