Governance changes included adoption of Payscale software for ongoing audits and formalized reporting to staff and the board, creating a cadence for periodic pay equity reviews within HR. The pay equity engagement resulted in validated pay parity and increased transparency with staff and board, and the organization retained Payscale CURO Compensation Management for continuous audit and monitoring of compensation equity.
