In 2015 Consulta deployed Joomla 3.9 as its Web Content Management platform for its public website https://www.consulta.mx. The implementation provided a centralized content layer for the professional services firm in Mexico to publish marketing pages, service descriptions, and client-facing resources while aligning editorial ownership with marketing and practice leads.
Joomla 3.9 was configured to leverage core content authoring and presentation capabilities, the template driven rendering system, role based user permissions, and the built in media library and extension framework. The deployment used a single-site architecture serving the public web presence, with the Joomla 3.9 administration console governing content workflows and publishing approvals. Standard extension interfaces were employed for metadata management, SEO configuration, and form handling to extend on-site functionality while keeping integration scope focused on the website and its editorial operations.

In 2015, Consulta deployed Amazon EC2 to host its public website and associated web application components. Consulta implemented Amazon EC2 under the Application Hosting and Computing Services category to provision cloud compute capacity for website hosting and application runtime.
The implementation used standard Amazon EC2 constructs such as provisioned compute instances instantiated from reusable machine images, network security groups for access control, and virtual private cloud segmentation to isolate hosting tiers. Operational configuration included instance lifecycle management, snapshot and image management, and automated instance provisioning to support variable web workloads.
Operational ownership sits with Consulta IT and web operations teams supporting the Mexico based professional services firm website, with governance focused on access controls, instance naming conventions, patching cycles, and backup procedures. These governance and operational controls govern production instance provisioning and ongoing configuration management of Amazon EC2 instances running the public site.
